2018 Walk for Life is hosted by the Front Royal Pregnancy Center. The Walk will begin in the parking lot behind the Pregnancy Center at 11 S Royal Avenue. Coffee, refreshments, balloons, face painting and music will be in the parking lot.

Women have underlying beliefs that we are frauds or will be found out as an impostor. That self-doubt takes its toll. You will explore impostor syndrome, and take a look at it through the lens of positive psychology. Positive Psychology is a strengths-based approach to Psychology. It can be useful tool when cooping with self-doubt.

The 17th Annual Northern Shenandoah Valley One Walk to Cure Diabetes will be held today. It begins at the First Baptist Church located at 14 W. 1st Street/N. Royal Avenue.
