All work has been completed in N. Shenandoah Avenue and along W. 14th Street.  All work on the water main in Belair Avenue is complete as well, and base asphalt has been placed in the trenches.  Surface asphalt will be applied as weather permits.  Thank you to all motorists, residents, and businesses affected by the construction for your patience and understanding.  The water main improvements will be a benefit to the customers along these streets, but also the entire town as we improve connectivity.  We look forward to continuing these improvements with the start of Phase 2 on the south end of town.
