Mark earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (1992) at St. Cloud State University in Minnesota, then his Ph.D. in Chemistry (1995) from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He has worked in the medical device industry and also taught chemistry for 15 years at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Mark, a prolific inventor, has 68 U.S. issued patents and many still pending relating to medical devices such as glucose sensors used by diabetics. Mark currently works remotely with medical device clients throughout the world and helps out with his wife’s business in Front Royal.
Mark and his family moved to Warren County about three years ago. Along with his wife, Karena, they started Mountain View Music on Main Street in Front Royal in August of 2020. They have six children and one granddaughter. While two children still live at home, three attend college. His eldest son and his family also live in Front Royal where they enjoy a busy lifestyle in this wonderful small-town community. Mark and his family attend SS Joachim and Anna Ukrainian Catholic Church in Front Royal.
Nick Bass is a lifelong resident of Front Royal. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from James Madison University (2009) and is a Certified Professional Geologist and Professional Engineer. Nick is a Senior Engineering Geologist for ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC predominantly specializing in geotechnical engineering, hydrogeology, and construction materials testing. He and his wife Amanda have three children, and like to enjoy all of the natural beauty and activities that Front Royal has to offer.
Isaac Rushing, born and raised in Alaska moved to Front Royal in 2018 with wife Chelsea, daughter Bryndle, and son Westin. Since moving to Front Royal Isaac has worked for the Town of Front Royal as the Supervisor of Solid Waste while starting Honey & Hops Brew Works with two of his brothers. Isaac now works solely at his business maintaining the day-to-day aspects of it.
Isaac attended the University of Anchorage Alaska with a focus on Human Services. Isaac was also a vocal major at Hillsong International Leadership College. Having worked in disability services and public transit back in Alaska Isaac offers a person first perspective to government, and life in general.
Christopher "Frank" Stankiewicz moved to Front Royal in early 2017. He resides in High Knob with his wife, Cassie, and two beloved dogs, Yogi and Lyla. Frank is active in his local church and is constantly striving to find new ways to become an integral part of the community.
Frank owns a thriving small business, Green To Ground Electrical, and heads it as a Master electrician with 18 years of experience. He is an advocate for the trades industry, and supports his employees Continued Education as electricians. He believes in a strong work ethic, and that the best team is built on education and accountability.
In his free time, Frank is an assistant coach for the Front Royal Little League and supports the local Warren County's Habitat for Humanity. He volunteers his time to help others and wants to aid in community development. Frank loves engaging with new people and hearing different perspectives on how our town can flourish.
