The Town Manager's Office is comprised of the Town Manager and an Administrative Assistant. The Town Manager oversees all the Town's operations and employees. Some of the more specific responsibilities of this office include but are not limited to:
- Preparation of the annual budget
- Assistance with preparation of Town Council meetings and agendas
- Authorization of specific public notices
- Authorization of specific permits
- Authorization of specific areas of the Front Royal website
- Authorization of the Quarterly Newsletter to the Citizens
- Updating the Local Government Access Channel 16
