The vision of the Front Royal Police Department is to be regarded by our community  and our profession as a proactive, professional and premier law enforcement agency in  the Shenandoah Valley as well as the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Furthermore, we recognize that our most valuable resource in this commitment is our people and we will strive to create a positive working atmosphere where creativity and  participation abound.

We are going to solve problems in our community utilizing all resources as a  government working together.  We will provide law enforcement personnel who take  pride in performing their duties in a fair and equitable manner setting a high standard of  which our citizens can be proud.
