The Department of Environmental Services reviews all proposed construction plans connecting to existing Town infrastructure. Designs should include plan and profile views with connection structures, pipe slopes, flow design requirements, structure locations, and all data necessary for review.
The Town has adopted new construction standards which are available from the Purchasing Agent at (540) 636-6889.
All proposed construction and connections must be designed and constructed in conformance with the following criteria, unless otherwise approved by the Department:
