The Mayor and Town Council are the only elected officials of the Town. They meet the second and fourth Mondays of each month in formal session at the Warren County Government Center, 220 N. Commerce Avenue, at 7 p.m. Council also meets in work sessions on an as-needed basis. During the month of December, Council meets in formal session only once, the second Monday of the month. Citizens are encouraged to attend the Town Council meetings in order to experience firsthand the operation of the Town government and to learn about the issues confronting their elected officials. Those who cannot attend the meetings can watch a video of the proceedings on the Government Access Channel (Comcast Cable Channel 16) on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00pm., and/or via the Town's Video Portal from the video.frontroyalva.com website.
