of access to Town records, except to the extent that such
records are protected from release by a FOIA exemption.
**Records are NOT free, and charges for the records may apply. If the
charges are likely to exceed $200, that amount shall be paid in full before
the records request is processed.
**Be advised that some records are exempt from disclosure under specific
provisions and/or other State or Federal law) and therefore will not be
released.
In order to gather your requested records, the following is suggested:

As a result of these minimal requirements, there is no form or format that
has been adopted by either the Commonwealth or the Town for the submission
