The Town Council will hold the following Public Hearings on TUESDAY, May 28, 2013 in the Warren County Government Center Board Room:

* An Ordinance to amend Code Sections 134-22, 134-22.1, 134-22.4, 134-30, 134-31.1 and 134-31.2 so that rates, large meter fees and connection fees for both sewer and water service are increased.

* An Ordinance to amend Code Section 85-3 to increase refuse collection rates

* An Ordinance to amend Code Section 158-6 pertaining to adoption by reference of the State Motor Vehicular Laws

* Appropriation Ordinance - Budget 2013-2014

Copies of the entire ordinances with proposed amendments are available by contacting the Clerk of Council and Town Manager at (540)635-8007 or visiting the Town Administration Building at 102 E. Main Street. All interested citizens are invited to attend these hearings to express their views.
