Accident Report Procedure

To protect the personal information (dates of birth and social security numbers) of individuals included on reports, the following procedure has been established:

  • To receive a copy of the report concerning this accident, please go to the Town Administration Building, located at 102 E Main Street. The Town Administration Building is open Monday through Friday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm) and is closed on major holidays.
  • You may fill out a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request Form or provide a name, address where the report can be mailed, and a telephone number (in case we have any questions about your request). The FOIA Request Form is also available online here: FOIA Request Form.
  • There is a $5.00 fee for a copy of the report. The report will be mailed to you within five business days via U. S. Mail.
