Chapter 38 STATE AND NATIONAL CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIONS OF JOB APPLICANTS.
Section 38-6 RELEASE OF INFORMATION.
If an applicant is denied employment because of information appearing in his/her criminal
history record, the Town Manager shall notify the applicant that information obtained from the
CCRE contributed to such denial. The information shall not be disseminated except as provided
for in this Chapter.
