Chapter 38 STATE AND NATIONAL CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIONS OF JOB APPLICANTS.
Section 38-2 APPLICATION AND FINGERPRINTS.
An applicant for employment with the Town, upon offer of employment by the Town, shall
submit, if required by the Town Manager, two sets of his/her fingerprints taken by the Front
Royal Police Department, together with personal descriptive information appropriate for the
accomplishment of a records check (date of birth, home address for the past five years, social
security number) along with appropriate fees for the processing thereof.
