GARBAGE, RUBBISH, REFUSE AND SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT.
Section 85-7 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.
Deposits for collection and collection by the Town trucks of
solid waste shall be subject to the provisions of this
chapter. Any matter set out for collection which does
not comply with the provisions of this chapter will not be
collected by the town, but shall be removed by the owner or
tenant.
