Section 80-3 PERMITS FOR FIREWORKS DISPLAY.

The Town Council of Front Royal shall have the power to provide for the issuance of permits, upon application in writing, for the display of fireworks by fair associations, amusement parks or by any organization or group of individuals under such terms and conditions as the Town Council may prescribe and upon payment of an application fee of fifty dollars ($50.) After such permit has been issued, sale, storage, use and possession of fireworks may be made for use under such permit.
