Section 80-1 PROHIBITIONS.

No person, firm or corporation shall store, use, possess, manufacture, sell or offer for sale any firecracker, torpedo, skyrocket or other substance or thing of whatever form or construction, containing nitrates, chlorates, oxalates, sulfides of lead, barium, antimony, nitroglycerin, phosphorous or any other explosive or flammable compound or substance and intended or commonly know as "fireworks".
