Section 73-2 EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE REQUIRED.

Every vendor who is engaged in the sale of products at a farmers' market shall sign an affidavit and obtain an exemption certificate from the Town Treasurer as provided in Town Code Section 98-61F. Said exemption certificate shall be displayed in lieu of a town business license.
