Chapter 70 ELECTRICITY.
Section 70-22 INSPECTION OF WIRING, EQUIPMENT OR APPARATUS; CORRECTION OF UNSAFE CONDITIONS.
The Electrical Inspector may inspect any wiring, equipment or apparatus conducting
or using
electric current for television, AM, FM, amateur, receiving and transmitting antennas in the
town, and, if conductors, equipment or apparatus are found to be unsafe to life or property, the
Electrical Inspector shall notify the person owning or operating the hazardous wiring or
equipment to correct the condition within the time specified by the Electrical Inspector. The
Electrical Inspector may reinspect, without fee, existing television antennas erected too close to
high-voltage electric lines so as to present a hazardous condition. Failure to correct violations in
the specified time shall be unlawful.
