Chapter 66 DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS.
Section 66-6 DOGS RUNNING AT LARGE.
It shall be unlawful for any person to permit his dog to run at large as hereinafter defined. For
the purpose of this section, a dog shall be deemed to run at large while roaming, running or self-hunting
off the property of its owner or custodian and not under its owner's or custodian's
immediate control. Any person who permits said dog to run at large shall be fined not more than
two hundred dollars ($200.). Any dog found running at large may be subject to seizure and
impoundment by the Dog Warden.
