Chapter 66 DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS.
Section 66-24 SEVERABILITY.
It is hereby declared to be the intention of the Council that the sections, paragraphs, sentences,
and words of the Chapter are severable, and if any word, sentence, paragraph or section of this
Chapter shall be declared unconstitutional or otherwise invalid by the valid judgment or decree
of any court of competent jurisdiction, such unconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect any
of the remaining words, sentences, paragraphs and sections of this Chapter, because the same
would have been enacted by the Council without the incorporation in this Chapter of any such
unconstitutional or invalid word, clause, sentence, paragraph or section.
