Chapter 4 ADMINISTRATION OF GOVERNMENT.
Section 4-45 APPLICABILITY
A. The Town Manager, the
Town Attorney, the Finance Director and the Town Clerk shall be
required to
comply with the applicable requirements of Section 4-44 of this Code.
B.
The Members of the
Planning Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals, and the Board of
Architectural Review shall be required to comply with the applicable
provisions
of Section 4-44 of this Code.
