Chapter 4 ADMINISTRATION OF GOVERNMENT.
Section 4-43 APPOINTMENT; DUTIES
The Town Manager may appoint a Town Engineer who shall hold
office at the pleasure of the Town Manager. He shall have control
and
supervision, under the direction of the Town Manager, over all public
works of
the town. He shall perform such other duties as may be required
of him by
the Town Manager or the provisions of this Code and other ordinances of
the
town.
