Section 4-30 ATTENDANCE AT COUNCIL MEETINGS; RECOMMENDATIONS TO COUNCIL
The
Town Manager shall attend all meetings of the Council and
recommend to the Council for adoption such measures as he may deem
expedient or
necessary.
