Chapter 4 ADMINISTRATION OF GOVERNMENT.
Section 4-18 ACTIONS UPON CLAIMS AND FOR REMISSION OF TAXES
No claims against the town shall be acted upon at any Council
meeting, except by unanimous consent, unless the same has been
considered and
laid on the table for one (1) meeting. Every application for a
remission
of taxes shall be verified by the oath of the applicant and, without
special
order, shall stand referred to the next meeting.
