Section 34-5 RIVERTON PRECINCT.

The Town of Front Royal Riverton Precinct shall include that portion of the North River Election District, as defined by Section 16-3 of the Warren County, Virginia, Code, located within the corporate limits of the Town of Front Royal, which is not included within the Town of Front Royal - North River Precinct, as defined by Section 16-7C(1) of the Warren County, Virginia, Code, as follows:

Beginning at a point in the center line of the Norfolk Southern Railroad track which crosses the Shenandoah River just east of the confluence of the South Fork of the Shenandoah River and the North Fork of the Shenandoah River, thence westerly along the center line of the Shenandoah River and the South Fork of the Shenandoah River to the confluence of Punch Run and the South Fork of the Shenandoah River, then northwesterly along the center line of Punch Run to the Town limits at the intersection of Punch Run and a power transmission line, then northeasterly along the power transmission line to the center line of the North Fork of the Shenandoah River, then easterly and southeasterly along the center line of the North Fork of the Shenandoah River to a point 545.88 feet west-northwest of the intersection of the center line of U. S. Routes 340/522 and the North Fork of the Shenandoah River, thence with the Town boundary of the Town of Front Royal northerly then northeasterly to the southern right-of-way of Interstate 66 then with the southern right-of-way line of Interstate 66 easterly and southerly to its intersection with the western right-of-way line of U. S. Routes 340/522, thence with the western right-of-way line of U. S. Routes 340/522, southwesterly and southerly to its intersection with the center line of the North Fork of the Shenandoah River, thence easterly and southeasterly along the center line of the North Fork of the Shenandoah River and the Shenandoah River to the center line of the Norfolk Southern Railroad track which crosses the Shenandoah River being the point of beginning.
