Section 34-4 NORTH RIVER PRECINCT.

Beginning at the point of intersection of the center line of 6^thStreet and North Commerce Avenue, such point being the point of intersection of the Fork Election District, the North River Election District and the Shenandoah Election District, thence north with the Shenandoah Election District as follows: along the center of North Commerce Avenue to its intersection with the center of East 8^thStreet, thence east along the center of East 8^thStreet to its intersection with Happy Creek, thence northerly along the center of Happy Creek to the overpass of the Norfolk Southern Railroad, thence north with the center of the Norfolk Southern Railroad to a crossing in the railroad tracks, thence northeasterly along the center of that Norfolk Southern Railroad track which crosses the Shenandoah River just east of the confluences of the South Fork of the Shenandoah River and the North Fork of the Shenandoah River to the center line of the Shenandoah River, then along the center line of the Shenandoah River and the South Fork of the Shenandoah River to a point northwest from the center line of Kendrick Lane extended, thence southeast along the center line of Kendrick Lane extended and the center line of Kendrick Lane southeast to its intersection with East 6^thStreet, thence east along the center of East 6^thStreet to its intersection with North Commerce Avenue, the point of beginning.
