Beginning at a point on South Commerce Avenue at its intersection with East Stonewall Drive, such point being the intersection of South River Election District, Happy Creek Election District, and Shenandoah Election District, thence with the South River Election District as follows: south with the center line of South Commerce Avenue to its intersection with State Route 55 (John Marshall Highway), thence along the center of State Route 55 (John Marshall Highway) to its intersection with Biggs Drive, thence southerly up the center of Biggs Drive to the terminus of Biggs Drive, thence continuing with the South River Election District due south from a point being at the center of the terminus of the paved portion of Biggs Drive extended to its intersection with the Town boundary of the Town of Front Royal, thence along the Town boundary southeasterly then northerly then easterly then northerly to the intersection of the Town boundary and U. S. Route 55 (John Marshall Highway), thence crossing John Marshall Highway northerly then northwesterly then easterly then northerly along the Town boundary to its intersection with Happy Creek Road, thence westerly along the center of Happy Creek Road to its intersection with Polk Avenue, thence southeasterly along the center of Polk Avenue to its intersection with Braxton Road, then east along the center line of Braxton Road to its intersection with Leach Street, thence south along the center of Leach Street to its intersection with Horseshoe Drive, thence along the center of Horseshoe Drive east then south then west to the intersection of Horseshoe Drive and North Easterly Street, then south along the center of North Easterly Street to its intersection with East Stonewall Drive, then southwesterly along the center of East Stonewall Drive to its intersection with South Commerce Avenue, to the point of beginning.
