Beginning at the point of intersection of Commerce Avenue and 6th Street, such point being at the intersection the Fork Election District, the North River Election District and the Shenandoah Election District, thence with the Shenandoah Election District and the center line of North Commerce Avenue southeastward to the center of East Main Street, thence with the center of East Main Street west to its intersection with South Royal which is at the northeastern corner of the Warren County property on which is located the Warren County Courthouse, thence with South River Election District as follows: the center of South Royal Avenue south-southwest at the intersection of South Royal Avenue and Criser Road thence with the center of Criser Road west-northwest to the intersection of Luray Avenue and Criser Road, thence along the center of Luray Avenue and then Luray Avenue extended west to the center of the South Fork of the Shenandoah River, thence downstream along the center line of the South Fork of the Shenandoah River northwest then northeast to a point where the center line of the South Fork of the Shenandoah River intersects in the center line of Kendrick Lane extended, thence southeasterly with the center line of Kendrick Lane extended and then with the center line of Kendrick Lane southeasterly to its intersection with the center of 6^th  Street, thence with the center line of 6^th Street easterly to its intersection with the center of North Commerce Avenue, at the point of beginning.
