Section 175-90.1 AUTHORITY TO STOP WORK.
The
Zoning Administrator shall have authority to order that work
be stopped and that an appropriate application be filed or reviewed in
any case
where, in his opinion, the action may produce arresting and spectacular
effects, violent contrasts or materials or colors and intense and lurid
colors
or patterns or a multiplicity of incongruous details clearly
inconsistent with
the character of the present structures or with the prevailing
character of the
surroundings and the historic district or when it appears that the work
does
not conform to the list of administrative review or exempted actions
stated
herein and, in fact, is more extensive than originally represented.
