Section 175-9 ENUMERATION OF DISTRICTS - ZONING MAP


A. For the purpose of this Chapter, the incorporated area of Front Royal, Virginia, is hereby divided into the following zoning districts:


Agriculture and Open Space Preservation District  (A-1)

Estate Residential District  (R-E)

Suburban Residential District  (R-S)

Residential District  (R-1)

Residential District  (R-1A)

Residential District  (R-2)

Residential District  (R-3)

Planned Neighborhood Development  (PND)

Mixed-Use Campus Development  (MCD)
Community Business District  (C-1)

Commercial District  (C-2)

Highway Corridor Business District  (C-3)

Limited Industrial  (I-1)

Industrial Employment  (I-2)

Entrance Corridor District
