All buildings
and structures: seventy-five (75) feet, except as provided for in
Section
175-65B(6).

Exemptions to
height requirements:
1. Chimneys
and flues.
2. Cooling
towers.
3. Flagpoles.
4. Radio
and communications towers.
5. Parapet
walls up to four (4) feet above the height of the
building on which the wall rests.
6. Water
towers.
7. Elevator
towers.
