Chapter 175 ZONING.

Section 175-62                    CORNER LOTS.

A.  Of the two (2) sides of a corner lot, the front shall be deemed to be the shortest of the two (2) sides fronting on streets.

B.  The side yard facing on the side street shall be twenty (20) feet.
