Section 175-59        FRONTAGE AND YARDS.

A.  The minimum lot width shall be sixty (60) feet.

B. Each side and rear yard shall be a minimum of ten (10) feet. The side and rear yard adjoining or adjacent to a residential district shall be forty (40) feet.
