Section 175-53.4 MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS.

Principal Buildings: - 45 feet, except as provided in
Section 175-53.2B.

Exemptions from height requirements
1. Church spires.
2. Belfries.
3. Cupolas.
4. Municipal water towers.
5. Chimneys.
6. Flues.
7. Flagpoles.
8. Television antennas.
9. Radio aerials.
10. Parapet walls up
to four (4) feet above the height of the building on which the
wall rests.
C.
Accessory buildings and structures: 35 feet; however, in no
case, shall the height of an accessory structure exceed the height
of the
principal structure.
D.
Where the Town approves a structure exceeding 45 feet in
height, the maximum height shall be seventy (70) feet and up to six (6)
stories. All required yards shall be increased by two (2)
feet for
each foot over forty-five (45) feet.
