Section 175-40 AREA REGULATIONS.
A.
Minimum Lot Size:
1.
Residential uses with four (4) or more
units = 6,000 s.f first unit; 1,500 s.f each additional unit.
2. All other uses: 7,500 s.f.
B.
Minimum Unit Size: The minimum average unit size
(floor area) per dwelling unit, where fewer than four (4) units
are
provided shall be three hundred (300) square feet. No dwelling
unit shall
have less than two hundred fifty (250) square feet of living area.
This living
area shall not include bathroom, closet and storage space.
C.
Minimum District Size: Five (5) acres.
D.
Minimum Lot Width:
1. Interior Lot: Seventy-five (75) feet.
2. Corner Lot: Ninety (90) feet.
