Section 175-38 STATEMENT OF INTENT.
The
Community Business C-I District is intended to accommodate
general business areas, highway-oriented commercial uses, and selected
retailing operations. The Community Business C- I District
recognizes the
demand for a variety of land uses near or adjacent to the major traffic
arteries in town.
