COMMERCIAL
USES
DEVELOPMENT
STANDARDS.
A.
The
total
acreage of commercial uses in Planned Neighborhood
Development Districts shall comply with the following requirements:

B. Commercial
uses
shall
be
designed with the intention of
serving the immediate needs and convenience of residents within and
immediately
surrounding the Planned Neighborhood Development.
C. Commercial
uses
shall
not
receive a certificate of
occupancy until building permits have been issued for fifty percent of
the
residential units within the Planned Neighborhood Development.
D.
Commercial
structures
shall
comply with the height
requirements in Town Code Section 175-50.
E.
Commercial
uses
shall
comply with the Performance Standards
stated in Town Code Section 175-52.
F.
Parking
for
commercial
uses shall be in accordance with Town
Code Section 175-104.
