A. Building Separation: No structure under 30 feet in height shall be located within 15 feet of any other structure. Buildings higher than 30 feet shall be separated by a distance equivalent to 50 percent of the height of the tallest building.
Limits: The height limits within a planned neighborhood
shall be the same as the height limits set forth in Section 175-36 for
structures in the R-3 residential district.

authorized by the Town as part of the rezoning or conditional rezoning
application process, provided they are specifically approved, with the
modified design standards taking precedence over the design standards
of Chapter 148 and Chapter 175 of the Town Code.
