Section 175-34 YARDS.
A.
Side: Each side yard shall be a minimum of seven (7) feet.
B.
Rear: Each rear yard shall be a minimum of twenty-five
(25) feet.
C.
Front: The required depth of the front yard shall be as provided
in
Section 175-32. The main or front building facade and
entrance for
any single-unit residential structure, including duplexes and
townhouses, shall
be oriented toward the front yard of the property, unless an
administrative
variance is granted pursuant to Section 175-147.1.
