Section 175-31 AREA.
The
minimum lot area in R-3 Residential Districts shall be as
follows:
A.
The minimum lot size for a duplex structure is seven thousand
five hundred (7,500) square feet. A duplex lot may be further
subdivided into
separate parcels for each dwelling unit of the duplex, provided that
the
resulting lot size for each duplex dwelling unit is a minimum of three
thousand
seven hundred fifty (3,750) square feet.
B.
The minimum lot size for townhouses shall be as stated in the
Town Code Section 175-112.
C.
The minimum lot size for apartments shall be as stated in the
Town Code Section 175-113.
D.
The minimum lot size for all other uses is six thousand
(6,000) square feet. An additional one thousand five hundred
(1,500)
square feet shall be required for each additional dwelling unit above
one (1)
for all residential uses other than townhouses, apartments and duplexes.
