175-30 USES PERMITTED BY
SPECIAL PERMIT
Uses
permitted by special permit shall be as follows:
A.
Townhouses on sites of one (1) acre or more as set forth
in Section 175-112.
B.
Apartments as set forth in Section 175-113.
C.
Conversion of a structure originally designed and intended for
occupancy as a single-family dwelling into a structure
with more than one (1) dwelling.
D. Day
care and day-care facilities as set forth in the
Town Code Section 175-107.1.

E.
Temporary manufactured homes for a specified period not
exceeding one (1) year on hospital sites for nonresidential
uses related to hospital operations. For good cause
shown, Council may vote to grant a single extension for a
period not to exceed one (1) year.
