Section 175-21 AREA.
The
minimum lot area in R-2 Residential Districts shall be as
follows:
A.
The minimum lot size for a duplex structure is eight
thousand (8,000) square feet. A duplex lot may be further
subdivided into
separate parcels for each dwelling unit of the duplex, provided that
the
resulting lot size for each duplex dwelling unit is a minimum of
four
thousand (4,000) square feet.
B.
The minimum lot size for all other uses is eight
thousand (8,000) square feet.
