Section 175-20.2 MODEL HOMES AND SALES OFFICES.
Model
homes and sales offices for the marketing of residential
dwellings within a specific development shall be permitted in an R-2
Residential Zoning District upon approval of a zoning permit by the
Zoning
Administrator, subject to the provisions and conditions set forth in
Town Code
175-12.2.
