Section 175-147.1 ADMINISTRATIVE VARIANCES.
The
Zoning Administrator is authorized to grant a variance from the
requirements
contained in Subsections 175-15(C), 175-18.5(E), 175-24(C) and
175-34(C), if
the Zoning Administrator finds in writing that:
A.
The strict application of the ordinance would produce undue hardship or
prove
impractical due to topographic, architectural or other unusual
conditions;
B.
Such hardship is not shared generally by other properties in the
same
zoning district and the same vicinity; and
C.
The authorization of the variance will not be of substantial
detriment to
adjacent property and the character of the zoning district will not be
changed
by the granting of the variance.
