Section 175-119 SUBMISSION PROCEDURES.
A.
Five (5) copies of the plan shall be submitted to the Administrator.
The plans shall be circulated to the relevant departments, boards
and the
Planning Commission for written comments. The plan shall be reviewed
and
approved by the Town Council upon recommendation of the Planning
Commission.
B.
Site plans shall be submitted to the Administrator at
least seven (7) days prior to the next regular or specially scheduled
Planning
Commission meeting. The plan shall be considered to be approved
unless
the Planning Commission and Town Council act within sixty (60) days
from the
date of submission of the plan. The Administrator shall notify
the
applicant of the action taken by the Planning Commission and the Town
Council.
Such decision taken shall be one (1) of the following: approval,
approval
subject to conditions or disapproval.
