Section 175-118 IMPROVEMENTS AND MINIMUM STANDARDS.
The
following improvements and minimum standards, as applicable,
shall be required and provided for in a site development plan:
A.
All street and highway construction standards shall be in
accordance with those of the Town of Front Royal.
B.
The pavement of vehicular travel lanes, driveways or
alleys designed to permit vehicular travel on the site and to and
from
adjacent property.
C.
Minimum utility easement width shall be twenty (20) feet.
The nearest edge of any easement shall be a minimum of five
(5) feet
from any building.
D.
All required screening shall be sufficiently dense or opaque
to screen development effectively from the adjacent properties.
