Section 175-108 PROFESSIONAL OFFICES.
Regulations
pertaining
to professional offices shall be as follows:
A.
Professional
offices (doctors, lawyers, engineers and architects, among others) are
permitted in the R-3 District after meeting all requirements of this
chapter.
B.
All activity
and equipment, other than parking, must be housed in a fully enclosed
building.
C.
No noise or odor
produced as a result of activity in such offices shall be discernible
beyond
the boundaries of the lot.
D.
All vehicular
access to the site shall be from a street which meets town standards
for
streets.
E.
No display in
the building shall be visible from outside of the building.
