HEIGHT (A-1)
A. Except for uses that are categorized under
subsection B, show below, and uses that obtain approval of an
alternative maximum height, as may be authorized in accordance
with Section 175-10.4, the maximum height in the A-1 District
shall be thirty-five (35) feet.
B. Buildings and structures related to
agricultural pursuits, including but not limited to, barns and
silos, as well as church spires and cupolas, may be erected to a
height of sixty (60) feet from grade.
