Section 175-10.05
AREA AND FRONTAGE (A-1)
A.
The
minimum lot area shall be ten (10) acres.
B.
The
minimum public street frontage shall be one hundred
fifty (150) feet. Upon application for a special
permit to
the Front
Royal Town Council, the minimum public street frontage may be
waived
where the
lot in question has acceptable private road access to a public
street
and the
Council finds that such access is adequate for the uses employed
upon
the
property and that no hazard or undue traffic congestion will be
caused
or
created as the result.
