167-6 VIOLATIONS
A.
Violations of this Section involving firearms shall constitute a Class
3 misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred
dollars ($500.00).
B.
Violations
of this Section involving pneumatic guns, missile projecting weapons,
or
throwing stones shall constitute a Class 4 misdemeanor punishable by a
fine of
not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
