160-9    DISPLAY OF EXPIRED LICENSE PLATE OR STICKER PROHIBITED

It shall be unlawful for any owner of a motor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer to display upon such vehicle any license plate or sticker after the expiration date of such plate or sticker.
